   450       gr. de massa branca                                                                                                     
   300       gr. de batata doce                                                                                                        
   50        gr. de manteiga                                                                                                             
   1          xicara (café) de vinho branco seco                                                                                
   ½         cebola picada                                                                                                               
   50        gr. de presunto crú, passado pelo processador                                                             
   50        gr. de queijo parmezão ralado                                                                                       
               salsinha picada                                                                                                             
                                    sal e pimenta do reino
