ABOBRINHA E ORÉGANO FRESCO

   Ingredientes (1 kg de massa - 6 pessoas)                                                                             

   450       gr. de massa branca                                                                                                     
   375       gr. de abobrinha italiana, ralada                                                                                     
   25        gr. de manteiga                                                                                                             
   1          colher (sopa) de vinho branco seco                                                                               
   200       gr. de queijo catupiry                                                                                                    
   25        gr. de queijo parmezão ralado                                                                                       
               orégano fresco picado                                                                                                  
               sal e pimenta do reino                                                                                                   

Obs: Trocar Catupiry por Ricota
