   1          escarola, cozida, bem escorrida e picada bem miúdo                                                     
   50        gr. de manteiga                                                                                                             
   1          maçã verde picadinha                                                                                                   
   1          xicara (café) de vinho branco seco                                                                                
   50        gr. de ricota                                                                                                                  
   20        gr. de queijo parmezão ralado                                                                                       
               noz-moscada                                                                                                                
                                    sal e pimenta do reino
